Operation Lend LLC ("Operation Lend," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through operationlend.com and our intake forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Contact details: name, email, and phone. If you move forward after pre-qualification, we collect the additional details your lender requires, such as your address and business information.
Funding details: amount requested, use of funds, timeline, time in business, revenue range, and real estate experience and strategy.
Credit information from a soft credit check through iSoftPull, only if you authorize it.
Partner applicant details: company, industry, website, and client volume.
How you found us, such as a referral code or advertising campaign, and basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

To review your request, assess credit readiness, and identify lenders and products that fit.
To share your information with banks, lenders, and licensed mortgage professionals when you ask us to pursue funding on your behalf.
To credit the partner or agent who referred you.
To contact you about your request by phone, email, or text message (texts only with your consent).
To review and onboard partner applicants.
To comply with law and protect against fraud.

Soft credit checks

With your written authorization, we perform a soft credit check through iSoftPull. A soft credit check does not affect your credit score. No hard inquiry is authorized until you accept a specific offer from a lender.

Text messages

If you opt in, we may send calls and text messages about your request, including automated messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-in data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with lenders and funding partners you ask us to work with, the partner or agent who referred you, service providers who help us operate (such as our CRM and credit-check providers), and when required by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing [email protected] or calling (877) 356-8006.
