What we do

Operation Lend LLC is not a lender or mortgage broker. We help clients prepare for and navigate funding approvals with third-party banks, lenders, and licensed mortgage professionals. All loans, lines of credit, and terms are offered and approved solely by those third parties.

No guarantee

Submitting a form is not a loan application, a commitment to lend, a rate lock, or a credit decision. Approval amounts, rates, and terms depend on the lender and on your credit, income, collateral, and other factors. We do not guarantee approval or any specific amount.

Fees

Any fee for our services is disclosed to you in writing before you engage us. For most business, unsecured, and personal funding, we are paid a success fee only when you are funded. DSCR loans and other set programs carry a flat program fee. Third-party costs, such as appraisals, are paid to the provider.

Your information

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Partners

Sales agents and white-label / private-label partners operate under a separate written partner agreement. Partners may not present themselves as lenders or mortgage brokers or promise guaranteed approvals.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Operation Lend is not liable for decisions made by third-party lenders or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
